November 22 Craft Fair: Set-Up and Take-Down Help Needed!
The Boosters' 4th annual Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, November 22 from 9am - 2pm in the South Cafeteria. There will be over 40 vendors at the fair this year! Sue Major is heading up this event, and she needs people to help with set-up, vendor unloading and take-down. Set-up will take place from 6pm - 9pm in the cafeteria on Friday. Cookies can also be dropped off anytime after 5pm on Friday in the Band room. On Saturday, we need help with vendor unloading starting at 7am and craft fair take-down at 2pm. Music Themed Winter Spirit/Gift Items Now on Sale!
We now have a variety of music themed winter and gift items for sale! All knit items are made of 100% acrylic and are machine wash and dry. If you purchase a set (hat, mittens and scarf) you will save $6 for a total price of only $40. These items will be available all winter, but if you want holiday delivery the order must be received by November 24th.The order form can be found here. The Boooooooosters Student Halloween Party was a Haunting Success
What do you get when you mix the Wizard of Oz, Luke Skywalker, Keystone cops, the Cotton-Eyed Joe dance, and lots of spider webbing? The fabulous Booster Music Student Halloween party, of course! The evening was a smashing success - the cafeteria, decorated by the talented students in the Color Guard, was festooned with orange and black balloons, spider webbing, and blinking light-up skulls. The disco ball (installed that night by the awesome NHSS custodial staff) kept everyone in a dancing mood. Band students Will Hedrich and Derek Byron were guest DJs for the evening, and did a fabulous job! There were prizes given out for costumes, and raffles for all students to participate in. Thank you to our talented Boosters photographers who have chronicled events this year: John Malboeuf, Phil Kasten, Glenn Sweeney, Jackie Malboeuf and Marjorie Kasten. Thanks also to all of the wonderful volunteers that made the evening possible - chaperones, bakers, and those who donated chips and water. Let's do it again next year!
Barnes & Noble Fundraiser on Monday, December 8
Save the date: The Boosters will be having a fundraiser at Barnes & Noble on
235 D.W. Highway in Nashua on Monday, December 8! A percentage of all purchases
(excluding gift cards, textbooks, B&N memberships, magazine subscriptions),
including Cafe purchases will be credited to the Boosters ALL DAY on December 8.
This is a no-cost event, and you can use your B&N membership card,
but you must
present a voucher at checkout!

NHSS Music Department
students will be entertaining B&N customers from 6:30-8:00pm in the evening.
In addition, there will be a "wish list" table if you would like to purchase
items to be donated to the NHSS Music Department or Library, and
free gift wrapping by NHSS music students and volunteers. Barbara Young is
heading up this event, and she is looking for a few volunteers to wrap gifts at
the gift wrap table, read books to kids in the Children's area, and oversee
student performers in the Cafe. If you can help, please email Barbara at

gifts while helping the Boosters!
Pizzeria Uno Fundraiser on Sunday December 21
We know that you get hungry after a long day of shopping at the mall!
So, the Boosters are having a fundraiser at Pizzeria Uno on 304 D.W. Highway
(right next to the Pheasant Lane mall!) ALL DAY on Sunday, December 21st.
This is good for dine-in and take-out, so it's a great opportunity to stock your
freezers for the holidays and help the Boosters at the same time!
You must use
a voucher for this event, and they can be found here. The Boosters will receive
up to 20% of all purchases, so please have a great meal on December 21st at
Uno - rated #1 healthiest chain restaurant by Health Magazine, and one of
the top ten best family restaurants by Parent Magazine!
Stop By and See Us at Football Home Games!
The Music Boosters will be setting up a table on the "band side" of Stellos (on the left facing the field) during every home game. Come by and say hello! We will be selling music themed hats, mittens, and scarves, plus panthers and bears -- these items will make great gifts for the music student in your life this Holiday season.
